The IEEE ENIT Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group is dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields at the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT). Through a variety of initiatives, including technical workshops, leadership training, mentorship programs, and networking events, the group provides a supportive environment for women to thrive academically and professionally.
